Recently some yakiniku restaurant is serving thick beef tongue, but this restaurant is well known as with serving as this style for long time ago.
The tongue is deliverd directly from Shibaura market.

If you need (Or may not), the landlady show how to cook this tongue, because this tongue is very thick you need to grill them with turn over several times.

Extra fine outside skirt – 特上ハラミ

Extra fine outside skirt is also very thick and well marveled like sirloin. You can feel great beef juice once you bite them.

Shiitake mushroom

It is not so common Shiitake is on a menus in Yakiniku restaurants, but Shiitake here is very famous and yummy.

As you can see the picture, they are very thick and there is moisture inside the Shiitake, after well grilled, the meat of Shiitake is very chewy, and juicy. The shiitake here is completely different from what you ate in another place. trust me.
